Q: Why would my business want to use Virtual Office by Design?

A: We have clients ranging from professionals (medical offices, insurance agents, lawyers, and financial advisors) to service providers (plumbers, roofers) that rely on us to answer all of their in-bound calls from 8:30AM – 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday with Live Operators. We answer calls in your company’s name, and can also schedule appointments and provide additional information to your customers. This allows you to focus on running your business, rather than answering calls all day long. Many of our clients are LLC’s, and have limited staff, so we provide these services so you don’t need to hire additional administrative staff, therefore reducing your costs.

Q: What Dedicated Office Space or Conference Room space do you have available?

A: Virtual Office by Design provides individual office space, complete with furniture, telephone, copier, and needed technology access. When you rent an office here, you also have the ability to use any of our three (3) Conference Rooms for meetings with clients rather than meeting in a coffee shop or other public location. Our team greets your guests upon arrival and can also provide other basic administrative needs for you.

Q: What are Address & Mail Services?

A: We provide you with an official mail address, so you can have all your mail sent to a professional address. You can use this address for all of your business needs, and can pick-up mail in your dedicated office any time during the week as we provide access to our clients 24/7. We also can forward mail on a regular basis, as some of our clients travel frequently.

Q: How long has Virtual Office by Design been in business?

A: We are a 20-year-old company serving clients in 11 states and the United Kingdom. The majority of our clients use some combination of our services depending on their specific needs. Our company takes great pride in delivering great customer service to your clients in all of our dealings. We value teamwork and are a solution-oriented company with long-standing relationships with our customer base.
